As a Realtor, I recommended my customers meet with Providence Homes because I knew the buyers could get a high-quality product in a reasonable amount of time. Which they did -- they decided to build the Jackson model in Settler's Landing, Nocatee. Providence made the process smooth, from signing day to closing day, from the salesperson to the closing coordinator. The one-on-one relationships that were built along the way, especially with the sales rep (Ira) and the construction site supervisor (Brandon F), made the buyers much more confident and comfortable. Providence really does aim to please, even during these challenging times. And, did I mention how energy-efficient the homes are? I know -- I own a Providence home myself:)
We built our Providence home in 2018, and from start to finish it was a dream come true. Every team member we worked with was extremely helpful. You could tell that they really enjoy what they do. Our home is even more than we had hoped for. It’s beautiful and perfect for our family. WE LOVE OUR PROVIDENCE HOME! The house is super energy efficient. My energy bill is about 25% lower than when I lived in Maryland...and I have a pool here in Florida. Providence Homes has been very helpful with any problems we've had with the house. Our one-year check-up is right around the corner...and the only thing we are having the warranty folks take care of are cosmetic and settling issues. This is not to say things were not wrong with our house. We had a few at closing, but they were ALL happily fixed.
If you're moving to Nocatee...I would highly recommend building with Providence Homes...if you don't want to build...then buy a Providence Home.
My husband and I are getting ready to close on our second Providence Home! We love Providence! We are moving back to Florida after spending a couple years living up north. We chose Providence Homes because we trust their build quality and love that their homes are energy efficient. Tammy Moorefield at Providence Homes helped guide us painlessly through the whole process. We were unable to come down to Florida to see the model or home site, but Tammy made sure to send us updates and pictures of our home's progress. She always responded immediately to all our questions and really helped us feel involved in the process! Providence was also able to deliver our brand new house earlier than originally promised, which seems to be unheard of in this market!! We couldn't be happier with Providence and their team!
Michael-Ann and the entire Providence team were fantastic to work with. They explained everything very well and provided a tremendous amount of flexibility as we were in our decision-making process. The quality and style of the inventory home was fantastic as well. I would highly recommend doing business with them and would happily do so again in the future if the need arises.

We built our home with Providence and had the BEST experience all around. We worked with Tom Daddario and Brandon Faulkner and cannot recommend them enough. They were both kinda, responsive and very knowledgeable. They were the dream team! We had a few punch list items that needed to be completed after we closed and Brandon went out of his way to make sure they were completed ASAP. Our experience was great because of Tom and Brandon!
